Issues with chat agents promising false credits then transferring the chat or asking to not contact support again for addition discounts
Hey all. I recently had an issue on June 14th in a chat where I was promised a $60 credit because of a bill error. I didnt pay attention to my promotional offer I had and it expired so I chatted to inquire on this. The 1st agent was great and helped me get situated and into a better offer. I was then transferred to another agent who promised a $60 credit and an additional discount a month later if I did not contact support until after July 15th. I never got an email on these promotions or credits and never got any credit other than $20. Im starting to think I was given false information. Could someone with access please pull the chat logs from that day and tell me if im in the wrong here? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have been an Xfinity Customer for over 10 years and the last 3 years or so of customer service have been very bad.
