Issues transferring phone number & carrier
I went to Xfinity store a week ago as I needed to transfer my phone and number to another carrier. The customer service tried several things but since I cancelled my Xfinity internet, they could not help me. I'm still stuck as I get errors from trying to transfer to a new carrier. Ver frustrating. I do have my new phone & old phone with some items going to correct number. I have wasted a lot of time trying to log in, log out & work with both carriers to no avail.

Are you able to let us know if this phone number port is for an Xfinity Mobile phone number, or does it involve an Xfinity Voice residential phone number?
