Issues Setting up Comcast email on iphone

When trying to add Comcast mail account to iphone , I get the following Error Message"

Wrong username and/or password for "Comcast". Please go to Mail Account Settings and enter the correct username and password.

I am 100% certain the username and password are correct as it works on the Xfinity app and to check web mail via Safari.

I feel confident it is not the phone since my father was able to add his comcast account to my phone retrieve all his emails and send a test email form the phone.

This issue is isolated to just my Comcast account.  I verified that the "Third Party Access Security" option is checked in my email security settings.

Moved to Customer Service as this has nothing to do with Accessibility/disability.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_Chasity. I will be happy to look into any issue with that service from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
