Issues returning equipment
I recently moved out of an area covered by Xfinity. I didn’t have time to return my equipement to a store before I moved so I took it with me. Now I can’t seem to be able to generate a return shipping label for me to send the package. Every time I log onto the return equipment page there is never anything listed for me to choose to return. So each time I call and speak to someone and they direct me to go to a USPS store to return the equipment, but then I have the same issue, I don’t have a return label to send.
Now I've been charged 100 dollars for not returning equipment. I want to return the equipment but I can’t unless Xfinity can send me a label. Is there any way I can have a return label emailed to me directly so I don’t have to deal with the finicky website? I don’t typically turn to forums like this, but I’m kind of at my wits end and would like to be done with this process.

You should be going to UPS and not USPS [the post office]. UPS should be able to generate a return label for you and give you a receipt showing the serial numbers of the equipment you are returning.
