Issues getting service at new location
Here is the situation:
- I have been with xfinity for about 2 years now on the same plan. I use my own modem and router. This has not been an issue
- I have moved to a new location. This new location has had xfinity service previously. I am using the same connection location as the previous customers
- I used the chat function to make sure my service has transferred. The individual I spoke with made sure I had selected a plan and that my service was transferred
- I am still not getting service or internet at my new location
- Here are my questions:
- What could be causing this issue?
- Is my service not active? Does service not start on the weekends?
- Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
