Issues after Internet Cable Dig

Due to my home being a new construction Comcast hired a engineering company to run the line from the pole through my yard and driveway to the side of the house. Where they drilled my driveway was patched and it has failed and has left a gaping hole. It looks like the hole was not filled in correctly before patching the asphalt leaving it hollow and causing it to fail shortly after install. Trying to get in contact with construction team or whoever can rectify this issue.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
