Issue with Refer-a-Friend Links

Hello,

I need help resolving a Refer-a-Friend issue where completed referrals have disappeared from my account.

I enrolled in the program and received a referral link ending in /[XfinityUserID]. I shared it and 10 people signed up through that link. My dashboard confirmed this and displayed 10 referrals — I have dated screenshots showing that count.

My dashboard now shows a different referral link and a count of 0 referrals, 0 earned rewards, 0 earned value. The 10 referrals are gone.  There appear to be two links tied to my account now.  I cannot figure out who to get in contact regarding this.

I'd like the following addressed:

1. An explanation of why two referral links exist on my account, and which Xfinity ID each is tied to.
2. The 10 referrals restored to the correct link and credited under my Xfinity ID.

I can send the screenshots on request. Please let me know what else you need from me.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out @hwhw. By chance have you already received your rewards for referring your eligible friends and family members? With the program you can earn up to $50 per qualified service referral and up to $500 in one calendar year when referring eligible friends, family members.

@XfinityDena I have not. This has all occurred in the last two weeks. And in fact I still have access to the dashboard with ten referrals on a computer that was never signed out.  But when I log in to the dashboard now I cannot access the one with 10 referrals. Is it possible I can send you the referral link and we can work backwards from there?
