Issue with outstanding bill
Hi, I stopped using Xfinity mobile number (Edit personal information} in September 2025 and called the customer care to deactivate the number as it was hacked by several people. I am unsure why I am still receiving bills from xfinity. Please check my previous correspondence with the customer care team and I request to cancel the bills. Also, please stop any future communication with me as I am dissatisfied with Xfinity services. I also want to inform that currently I am in India. I have no desire to use Xfinity again. Thanks!
