Issue with Local channels on Xfinity cable

First off your customer service system is very lacking its ability to provide support to customers who are have an issue that the AI or the team in India is unable to fix or provide and update/statue of trouble tickets. That is not the issue I want to address currently because of my frustration and anger with you lack of support!!!!

My problem is with the local channels provided by your service:

1. I am missing the Fox affiliate

2. The remaining local channels are not where the guide says they are.  They are scattered among the place holder for another local channel. Example: CBS is where Fox should be, ABC is where CBS should be, get the point?

3. All local channels they we receive are in SD format and not HD format.

This issue started on 08/06/26. I attempted ever measure available through your customer service system to remedy the situation, to include having a tech come to our house.  The tech said it was a problem with COMCAST who provided the local channels and it should be corrected within about 72 hours. This visit was on 08/07/26 and the issue is not resolved.

I am attempting to get this issue resolved soonest. I have attempted use the AI system to get an update only to get frustrated with the enability of it to give a status of the trouble ticket and not providing a HUMAN representative that, could assisted with matter.

I await your response and resolution of this issue!

user_fw0ep5 Thanks for reaching out to us about the lineup concern with channels missing and in the wrong places. I would be happy to review the last techs notes, and help in any way I can with getting this fixed for you. I'll need to check the account, and review what's currently happening for you today.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
