Issue with cable television service

In January a Comcast agent offered me a better deal on my cable TV and internet service.  I asked them repeatedly if the new deal would maintain my current TV service and they repeatedly assured me it would, so I agreed to the change.  Shortly after ending the support chat my cable TV service turned off.  I contacted support and after an hour of technical tests they told me my new deal did not include cable TV service.  I asked to be switched back to my old service.  I've been dealing with an extensive series of billing issues related to that initial change since that time.  I would like to communicate with an upper-level customer service representative as my numerous support chats/calls have not resolved the problem.
