Issue activating Peacock Premium as a part of Diamond Rewards

I have been a Diamond Reward member for a very long time, but recently we moved to another state and because we still had both homes, we had internet service at both houses simultaneously so my Xfinity logon showed two accounts.  Now that we have moved to our new house permanently, I decided to try and activate the Peacock Premium and each time I received a message saying that my Peacock account was associated with another userid.  I mistakenly thought it must be the handoff from Xfinity to Peacock and that the userid was possibly using another Xfinity/Comcast userid.  We used to have a Comcast userid that we used as the administrator for that account and to add or delete email addresses.  As it turns out, that wasn't the issue at all.  Xfinity pointed me to Peacock Support, but I couldn't find anyway to engage them on their site so I was left to my own devices.  I finally remembered that I used to occasionally type in one of my userids with the @comcast.net suffix, but that userid didn't exist on Peacock when I tried to logon, so I created it on Peacock and used it to activate my account.  Now as far as I know that @comcast.net doesn't exist and I couldn't verify the email address with Peacock to protect this account because the email address isn't really a Comcast email account.  This because a bit of the problem should Peacock need to reach me or if I wanted to verify any profile changes.  I suppose it is possible that someone might have the address at Comcast and they will get annoying emails about changes or messages from Peacock.  It probably is less important to me as it was the only way I was able to get my Diamond Reward benefit activated.  The email address I used was [Edited: "Personal Information"] if this is a problem.  All in all, I have been frustrated with Xfinity support over the last few months regarding someone closing my account at my old house without my permission that required me to call and cancel as it wasn't me, to problems getting the account cancelled when it was me after we sold the home where the account was used.  Top that off with this Peacock issue which may go back to the initial roll out of Peacock years ago when a small streaming device was given to us for free.  I can only assume that there is an old Peacock account that uses a Comcast account that was used by Peacock from way back when.  If I was asked about a rating for Comcast/Xfinity lately, I would not be giving the service a 10 for sure and I will continue to evaluate how I recommend Xfinity from now on as there seems to be a problem with getting real people to support unusual problems.
