Issue activating free peacock subscription even though through xfinity

Internet only from Xfinity, 1 gigabyte 

and peacock is supposed to be included. Catch is I cannot activate it.

Xfinity.com/myactovations shows that I have active peacock subscription but the status is blank. It is supposed to show me an activate button if I follow the instructions.

any help?

I have tried the steps in the article but not working. The problem is that when I go to Xfinity.com/myactovations, the status for peacock subscription is blank. If you compare the image in this link, I do not have the purple Activate buttons available. It is just empty white space and hence not able to activate and go to the next step.

Shows you are activate. Should be able to login now. Does it not work ?

Keep in mind your Peacock login is not your Xfinity Login. It's separate.

No, the status should not be blank but should show activate button. After clicking on Activate button, it should then take me to Peacock. Since I don’t have a way to activate, I do not have a way to link peacock to Xfinity.

I was having the same issue using a Mac,  I tried to log in using Chrome browser instead of Safari and it work that way.   Hope this helps for someone have the same issue!!!!

Seems to be working now, I dont know if there was an issue on Peacock side or not. And the documentation from Xfinity about activating was confusing though.. but issue resolved
