Issue Accessing Mobile Account [Edited]

*24 hours was at 8am.

I spoke with customer support previously, back in April about a in state, change of address. I advised them that I was having trouble accessing my mobile account. I was told to continue to use the chat support to resolve the issue. To go around not being able to see my mobile account, I had auto draft set up throught the "virtual chat". I have not been able to view my mobile line or make additional payments/early payments or anything to do with the mobile side. I don't even know my due date. Yesterday, my line got paused for non-payment (card was locked & can usually just click a button in the app, to re-process payment). I've attempted to prepay on the NOW mobile side, only for the credit to go to the internet side. No way to correct that, as there are no live representatives outside of "technical support". Anyways, I called support to process the payment, only to be on the line for 2 hours and told to go into the store to make a payment. Once I arrive at the store, the kiosk doesn't accept Now mobile payments. The agent & in store supervisor gets re-routed to multiple different departments, being told "not my department, go here", over and over for another 2 hours. Multiple tickets are "escalated" but no resolution. I am told to wait 24 hours for a response and that some people wait weeks for corrections. Unacceptable. I call multiple "corporate numbers" only to reach yet another "executive customer service" with no supervisor access & more escalation. The in store agent even attempted to speak with one of the "executive support" to advise them they couldn't switch to the main mobile as they were advising me to do, only to be hung up on once she identified as another agent. The in-store agent even attempted to start a whole new line, with new number on the traditional mobile side. Nope. Ineligible for that because of the suspended line, that nobody can access. Now, the phone number is floating in the ethers, with my (paid off phone, bought at initial sign up) IMEI number. Here we are 24 hours later from the initial call yesterday morning, an FCC complaint filed & a Notice of Dispite for Arbitration filed. Nothing has changed. I still can't access my mobile account. Something needs to be done, I know I am not the only one. Let me add, 2 businesses are attached to this phone number. I JUST posted new ads 2 days ago, for my businesses, using that phone number. I have had the number for years
