Is Xfinity the worst company ever?
Hello - I cannot express enough how fed up I am with Xfinity. If I had a choice for internet service, there is zero chance I would remain a customer.
But since I don’t, I’m stuck with you.
A simple request to transfer service two weeks ago has resulted in nothing but frustration, about 10 hours of lost time, still no service and about 6 different “resolutions” that have all failed.
When will I get service? Who knows. How much will I pay? Who knows. Will a technician be able to complete the activation? Who knows. Will the drop bury line actually occur? Who knows.
Certainly not me. And clearly no one at Xfinity.
