Is Xfinity leaking customer information?
I have grave concerns about Xfinity security. I use a specific email. only with xfinity and that email only gets tons of spam emails. We are also getting pfishing attempts to one phone number and my name. Again the only service that has that combo is Xfinity!
And last year Xfinity ported my phone number out to a hacker under very suspicious circumstances. So are employees doing this?

Hi user_xie98y! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forum regarding these spam and phishing concerns. Please know that my team is always here to support you. I want to reassure you that protecting customer information is a top priority. Protecting your personal information is an important responsibility that we don’t take lightly. Working to keep your information safe, secure, and private is the most important thing we do. Agents must never share sensitive account information or customer details.
Customers can also manage their personal data through the Xfinity Privacy Center.
To block spam emails:
In Xfinity Email, check the box next to the message and click Mark as Spam to move it to the Spam folder (this trains universal filters).
To undo, open Spam, select the message, and click Not Spam.
Set up email filters or block senders/domains for automatic blocking.
To provide you with the correct information for blocking calls, do you have Xfinity Voice (home phone) service, Xfinity Mobile service, or both?
