As of early May 2026, the Xfinity XB10 gateway is not yet widely available to all customers and is currently limited to specific markets and service tiers. To get the XB10, you generally must meet the following criteria: Location: Be in a fully upgraded Xfinity FDX (Full Duplex) or "X-Class" market. Service Plan: Subscribe to, or upgrade to, symmetrical speeds of 500 Mbps or higher (X-Class internet).
