user_s0adi4 The XB10 Xfinity WiFi Gateway is available to new customers who sign up for FDX Internet with symmetrical speed tiers of 300 Mbps or above. It is specifically designed for FDX markets, and customers in Genesis or Base markets should not receive the XB10, as their internet performance will be severely degraded if they do. Therefore, only customers in FDX locations are eligible for the XB10 device. I woudl be happy to check if you are in an FDX location, can you please send us a DM.
