Is there any customer service at all?

I CANNOT get to a human being through the app or phone!  My internet has dropped AT LEAST NINE TIMES in the last not quite 72 hours.

How do I actually get help or should I just cancel?

Hello @user_2bezwd Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. I would love to see what is happening with your internet. Have you tried any troubleshooting?

Of course I tried trouble shooting.  NINE TIMES I've been down since Friday night.  If I message the useless xfinity chat "assistant" and the service is out it won't let me speak to a person because they already know I'm down.  If I message when the service is up it won't let me speak to someone because there isn't a problem.

I've restarted the modem through the app.  I've unplugged and replugged the modem.  You've told me multiple times it's a service issue and crews are on the way but it's magically fixed within about 30 minutes.  I've signed up for the text messaging but you never send them when it's down or when it's been restored

I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
