Is there a way to contact Comcast construction Division directly?

We need a line installed underground, but can't seem to get help through the regular customer service number.

Hello @cheg1249 Thank you for reaching out to us again for help. Is the line going from the pole or pedestal to your home? If so we can help out and submit a request to have the line buried.

Hi Paula,

So it's not for my main account that is probably linked to my profile here, it's for a separate account through work. I can give you that account info if that helps.

The line is underground at the house, but only makes it part of the way down the driveway, it needs to be extended to the house.

I am an Xfinity customer living at [Edit: Personal Information Removed].  I am not "cheg1249."  However, I am attaching this note to that thread, HOPING that you (Paula), or SOMEONE will respond to me.  Our cable/line is LAYING ON THE GROUND on the road leading to our house (on a one lane road), and has been there for a year.  The county mowers cannot mow, and it is a dangerous obstacle on this narrow road.  ONE YEAR AGO, I sent my first complaint/request to have this line attended to, but NO ONE has attended to it.  We've been told that the CONSTRUCTION DIVISION is what is needed.  Please respond to me at: [Edit: Personal Information Removed]
