Is there a way to contact Comcast construction Division directly?

I'm having an issue trying to get Comcast to come out to my home which is new construction. It's an absolute joke how terrible Comcast service is. You think they'd send someone out to get service in the area to get more customers but keep telling me that it'll take weeks to get someone out there. This is 2 months in the making and been told over and over they can't even get in contact with the construction department within Comcast to send someone out. How do you not have internal numbers to contact another internal department? Our builder has confirmed twice that the Xfinity internet cable runs to our house. I've gone in store, emailed, and called to try to get someone to set up internet with zero help. How do you get service?!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_65817c Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand the frustration this has caused. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

I have sent numerous private messages, visited the store, and called over the 2 months I have been waiting for internet.   All of this after you have confirmed there is a line by my house.  You also mention you cant contact the "new construction team".  Do they not have phones, computers, or the internet either?  Maybe they should call ATT to get service so you can contact them.

Fun story: our builder verified again that there is in fact an xfinity line that runs to our home. We received an email last night from you guys saying there is nothing here. It’d be nice if you could send someone out here to verify that and talk with us in person. Too bad xfinity apparently has no internal communication and no way for customers to get in touch with the right department.

@Xfinity Support    Can someone come out so our builders can show you where the line is because they verified yet again there’s an xfinity line that runs to our house.
