Is there a schedule for service outages?

I work from home so when Internet is down I'm stuck. This happened multiple days this week.

Is there a way I can know when service will be done in my neighborhood ahead of time so I can make proper arrangements?

You may want to consider adding on Xfinity Pro to your internet service as a backup plan. In an unexpected network interruption you can connect to a cellular 4G LTE backup signal on the Xfinity Pro WiFi Extender.
