Is there a [Edited] telephone number to call for help?
I am trying to get a recurring issue resolved (channels missing with errors and severe pixelization) even after two system refreshes. CANNOT find a way to TALK to someone instead of a bot.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @user_whhjsd. I will be more than happy to look into any issue with your channels and picture. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service? The only customer contact number we have is 1-800-Xfinity.
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I just called 18005263268 and got an agent immediately if it's the wind department they can most likely just redirect your call for you everyone is saying the other number is hard to get an agent on.
