@dscheidt

Thanks for adding the post, if you go to this link and put in your address https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels it will show you if your area has been upgraded to the new generation speeds , You will see the higher upload speeds for each plan and you would see the Gigabit x2 2.1 Gbps/300 Mbps & the Gigabit x10 10 Gbps/10 Gbps

If you're not seeing those speeds or the higher upload speeds that means your area has not been upgraded to the new generation speeds https://www.xfinity.com/network

Good afternoon @mrandygets1. Are you running these speed tests on a hardwired connection directly to the modem?

Greetings @willy123456 I hope the day and weather has been treating you nicely. Thank you for taking the time to post here on our Xfinity Community Forum.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
