Is the Alabama/Indiana Game Available in 4K?

It appears to be on ESPN. And by saying "4K" into my remote, it shows me the game is available. But when I select it it doesn't bring up the game. So far I'm watching in HD on channel 1205. Can anyone get it in 4K?

Oh, no! I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing that error @justinh90. Are you experiencing this error on all channels or just a specific channel? Have you also tried restarting your box?

Just was told issue is fixed and should see game on 4k in about 20-30 minutes. Also just found out Comcast raised my bill again.  Nice to find that out when paying for 4k and game not available.

user_aotkjf when bringing this up in the channel guide, and moving to the 4K channel stream, are you seeing any error messages or codes? Or will it just default to the HD version?

Why does Comcast keep asking the same question about error code.  No error code, game not even showing up on menu now.

Seems like Xfinity gave up on getting the game in 4K at all might as well watch the game on the app in 1080p.

35 minutes since that post.   No 4K yet nearing end of 3rd quarter.

Game about over.   Never got 4K.

Just got a text saying issue resolved.  Not even wasting time replying letting them know it's not fixed.  Don't want to deal with another agent trying to sell me services.

Total waste of time since game is over. Tier II already said they had fixed it when they didn't.  Seems like someone at Comcast would have a TV in their building to see what everyone was experiencing. Multiple Comcast employees asking the same questions in multiple threads on the forum.  Comcast needs to do better considering what we pay for service.
