is ordering down?

When I tried to purchase xfinity internet and mobile, but at the end of my order, it said I needed to call Xfinity to provide more information to complete my order. When I called, the rep said that ordering online was not working. When I tried to talk the rep through my order to purchase, he said he couldn't add mobile and internet at the same time, and gave me different prices and discounts than what I found on the webpage, so I did not complete the order over the phone.

Now when I try online again,  I just see the "call xfinity" error again, I cannot select any services or products.

Is this expected? Is ordering online down?

Welcome to our community forum, @erarey and we are so excited to have you join the Xfinity family! There may be something keeping your location from starting service, but once that's taken care of you shouldn't have any issues setting up service online. 

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help :).
