I do completely understand where you are coming from, and wanting to ensure all the details are there. You can follow the steps below to check the payment arrangements and any payments. If you are using the app, you can also go to the Xfinity Assistance, and it will provide the details of the arrangement. Let me know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!
Sign in to the Xfinity app.
Tap the Account tab.
Under "Bill details," tap Bill settings.
Look for payment plan information or use the Assistant for flexible payment options if you have a past-due balance.
