I have been an Xfinity customer for many years. Your decision to outsourcing your customer service in n my opinion is a bad one. The rep repeatedly denied my request to speak with a manager or someone who is a little more proficient speaking English. I ended up ending the call, and she decides to call me back! I asked for a mgr several more times and she still refused. Next she sends me multiple text link about things I didn't ask her about. Further proving she didn't understand what my question was.
