Irrigation and Landscape damage caused by fiber install
Hello,
Our sub division has had a new fiber network being installed over the last the year. The only information we received about this project was in the form of a door hang with a contact email and phone number.
Over the year we have had our yard dug up multiple times. During this processes we have had multiple issues. The area that was being dug in is all virtually dead. The turf was thrown back with no care in the world. Certain areas in the yard are now vastly higher or lower. In one case the turf is so high that it blocks a sprinkler head. Multiple sprinkler heads are also now angled. My main concern though is that when the water is turned on to the system the valve box now floods. Mostly like a wire/pipe was damaged in the processes.
I have contacted the representee on the door hang multiple times throughout the year without receiving a single response. I have reached out to Xfinity multiple times and was told my issue was being "escalated" and haven't heard a single thing back. This is getting beyond ridiculous..

Hello, user_9veqlc! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear about your lawn and can see how that would be frustrating. We can certainly see if we can find that escalation and if there were any updates to it! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
