IPhone 16 p;us

I have spoke to your customer service several times. They continue to tell me to not return my old phone until things are resolved with my new phone. my new i16 plus phone contues to over heat when i am ous

tside. i have been told several things and they do not help. please advise what xfinity mobile will be doing to do regarding this matter. sometimes i can be in tge garage and even have it over heat. hqnk you. Nnc Tucker
