The concern is not "Xfinity Compliments" related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@Bobbie1Canobbie Thanks for taking the time for reaching out to our Community Forums for assistance. Please check our Alerts page from our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA) to check for known spam and phishing numbers and email addresses.

Please, please, please realize that link points to https://internet-security-site-web.ho-g3.cf.comcast.net/help/alerts, a site which is not accessible to customers. The IP address of the site is 10.112.21.x, a private IP address which may be accessible to Comcast employees connected to the company's private Intranet, but not to the public Internet.
https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/alerts is the publicly accessible equivalent. Sometimes it even works!
