IPad scam

Xfinity Assist agent tried to get me to sign up for a "free mobile service" so I would get a "free IPad" and promised it would reduce monthly rate on all my internet and TV programming bundles as a "multi-product" deal. When Xfinity called back to follow-up after they had no clue about this rate and all had to be cancelled. Such a waste of my time and never resolved billing issue. I have entire conversation saved as agent kept promising not a lie when I asked for multiple confirmations of the estimate.
