iPad not received as part of new plan
Recently we changed our Internet and TV plan since it had lapsed.
Part of the plan and it's in writing - was to receive an Apple iPad.
We have not received it.
I am very disappointed
I was told I would be notified about it but I have not
I can't reach a representative (only for billing) so I'm hoping this can be worked out here or I could be notified by an agent or representative.

To send a Direct Message:
