Invisible fence wire severed during neighbors cable burial.

On April 17, 2026, sometime before 2:10 pm, my neighbors cable was buried and I believe in the process the cable to my invisible fence was severed.  Can you please send a technician out to fix the severed cable. I can be reached.at the phone number on my account and will provide neighbors address for you to verify burial at that time.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
