Introductory Offer Not Honored – Free Unlimited Data & $200 Amazon Card Missing

I’m posting here out of sheer frustration and in hopes of finally getting this resolved.

When I originally signed up for Xfinity, I selected an introductory offer that clearly included 1 year of free unlimited data and a $200 Amazon gift card. Unfortunately, I’ve received neither.

To make matters worse, I recently received an email notifying me that I’m over my data limit — despite the fact that unlimited data is supposed to be part of my plan. I’ve checked my account online, and it still shows that I’m on the plan that includes free unlimited data. I have a screenshot. So why am I being charged?

I’ve already contacted customer service by phone and spoke with another team online, but no one has offered a resolution. Instead, they repeatedly try to upsell me on the same unlimited data plan that I should already have for free under the promotional offer. When I point this out, I’m told that the offer no longer exists — but that’s simply not true, and regardless, I signed up while it was active.

It’s incredibly disheartening to feel like I’m being ignored and steered toward paying for something that should already be included in my current plan. I would appreciate it if someone from Xfinity who has the authority to correct this would actually take a look at my account and honor the terms of the offer I signed up for.

This shouldn’t be this difficult. Please make it right.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
