Interruptions in my service that I’m paying monthly
I’ve had multiple interruptions in my service and I’m never prorated and my bill just keeps going up. I want some prorated for this inconvenience and or I’m going to cancel my service. What do I need to return and where the equipment

@user_lhibg3 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. There is an option to request a credit for a service interruption through our website, but I can certainly understand the frustration these interruptions can cause.
