Interrupted Internet from last 2 days

I don't know what's going on with Xfinity in sunnyvale,CA. From yesterday i am getting messages that service will be restored at xyz time and then again extending the time. Does it take this much time to restore internet. This could have been resolved overnight but this is 2nd day and problem is still going on. We are working from home with mobile hotspot. When we tried contacting the support, the automated message is showing the same thing what we are getting in text (New estimated time). It's something like we are living in a third world country with no accountability.

user_clmyu8 thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out. I would want clarity on the status of my internet service as well, and the best way to stay up to date is using the Status Center page. Are you able to access it on your end?
