Hello @user_3alk6l, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear your equipment was delivered earlier than expected and left at your new apartment before you were able to move in. I can certainly understand how concerning it must be to know the package is sitting outside and could potentially be taken. Hopefully, the equipment will still be there when you’re able to check. If it is missing, we can review the account and look into what options may be available to get replacement equipment to you. When will you be able to confirm whether you received the equipment?
