If you ordered online you should receive an email with the details of the services ordered and a tracking email when the modem ships. The orders are usually processed within 24 hours so that the modems are shipped out quickly, so you can get your services up and running in no time.
If we are sending you a replacement modem you should receive an email as well with the tracking details when the warehouse processes the order. This is usually completed the same day or following day depending on when the request was placed.
