I have been having issues with my internet for the past week and a half. I cannot get any real person on the phone and I work from home. This is a HUGE inconvenience. I asked for text updates multiple times and haven’t received none. I am contemplating no longer having Xfinity and switching over for good!

Hello user_z3j2ja, thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community Forums. Connectivity issues are never the intention, and I completely understand your frustration. I would feel the same way. I am ready, willing, and able to assist you. You mention the issues started a week and a half ago, did anything happen back then, or was it just "all of a sudden"?
