i’m just verifying that I signed up for Internet service and then I will be receiving my Internet package in the mail. I was expecting it yesterday.

You're in the right place for support :) Our team would love to help in any way we can! First, have you already followed these steps to Create Your Xfinity ID? If so, are you able to log in to My Account (online or using the Xfinity App)? Pending orders and/or shipped equipment should show there, or at the very least in an email confirmation you would've received after placing your order.
