Internet
My internet drops at least once a week. I have made sooooo many tech appointments. The internet always miraculously fixes itself before they get here, which is great, but I’m seriously considering finding a new provider. I’m not asking for record breaking internet speeds, just something RELIABLE. I’ve never had an issue like this with other providers. I have family members experiencing the same issues with you guys. I’m not sure if this is a bigger problem for other people, but we will certainly never be doing business with XFinity again once our phones are paid off.

Hello @user_op1l5e Sorry to hear about your frequent service drops. We would be happy to take a deeper look into the account to see if we see anything off or something that may be causing problems. Have any of the techs that came check the outside connections yet?
