Hello, @Donatella1127 A payment arrangement can stop services from being soft disconnected for non-payment by letting you extend the payment. Eligible customers can get 21 extra days to pay from when the payment arrangement is first set up. It can't be more than 15 days past their soft disconnection date. If you're already in soft disconnect, you can extend no more than 15 days from when they set up the payment arrangement. To get started reach out to the Xfinity Assistant in the Xfinity App. It's super simple and should get service restored within the hour. Just remember you still need to set up a scheduled payment as well to honor the arrangement.
