Internet

I was told I could connect my TV with Xfinity Internet until I receive my modem on Friday or Monday. I tried but it's not connecting

Our team here is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to help, and it'll be my pleasure to see what we can do to resolve things for you.

 

To clarify, are you trying to stream your Xfinity Video service before activating the Xfinity Internet and Wireless Gateway? If so, you first need to create your Xfinity ID as seen here. Then, you should be able to use those credentials to log into our Xfinity Stream portal, here. Alternatively, we also offer the Stream App. During which step are you running into issues?
