my Internet, hasn’t been working for over a week. It says that my bill is past due, but it also says that my bill is zero dollars and I get my Internet through my apartment building. Also, your customer service is a joke. I want to talk to a real person! This is crazy that I can’t just get this fixed in real time.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
