Thanks for reaching out to us. As a customer myself I know how important it is to have a fast reliable speed, whenever I'm having speed issues I like to jump on to the awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting and do some remote troubleshooting steps to fix my issue. If my issue can't be  fixed with using the Xfinity chat assistant,  then the system will then connect me to a chat agent that will schedule a technician to come out to find and fix the issue. Let me know if this information is helpful in getting your Internet to work the way it should be working.
