Internet

I have been a customer for four days. I don’t have internet and I can’t get help anywhere. That assistant thing is a joke. Speaking to real people would be nice. Sooo frustrating! Help!

@user_492tfb, Oh! No! Let's see what's going on. Try these steps and let me know if that helps:

  Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Matter was resolved. Replaced the modem and everything is working properly! Great service.
