I paused my service I can January and I've been being billed from January February March and I wasn't using my service

I can definitely understand your billing concerns.  When you say that you placed your service on pause, did you sign up our Seasonal Convenience Plan? If so are you still being billed for full service? If you signed up for our seasonal plan you can manage it here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/seasonal-convenience-plan-enrollment.
