To whom it may concern,

My name is Don [Edited: "Personal Information"] a few months back I switched internet service from AT&T to Xfinity, do to my lack of knowledge on how to hook up equipment I paid to have Tech to come and run cable and set up modem .  Last night I tried going to Netflix and kept getting message that I was NOT hooked up to internet ?????   I went directions on TV screen and still, NOTHING !!!    This has happen quite a few times since switching to Xfinity. AND I paid extra to have things set up !!!!

My internet on my computer works just fine but I am unable to watch any of those streaming channels !!!!   

I do recall that when I switched to AT&T I had tech come and set things up ( did NOT cost me a penny) and before he left we went through stations to make sure all was working !!!!   I need to have someone to come by on a Saturday ( still working during the week) and fix my situation  please !!!!
