Hello, how are you @user_ko5taf ? Have you already reset your modem and all your equipment? If you can tell us the make and model number of your modem we can tell if it's offline if we confirm what the lights on the modem are doing. Hopefully if the modem is reset the modem will come back online. Do you have an Xfinity leased modem?
