I have spoken to three different people by phone from Comcast and none of them have been able to help me and I have had no internet for 5 days from last Friday the 26th to date. I have already followed the follow-ups mentioned by the three people I have spoken to and the ep modem does not turn on the online light the power and us/ds lights do turn on but the online one still doesn't turn on, any solution for that please?

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
